\n The world often tells us to heal quickly\u2014to gloss over our pain, mask our scars, and hurry back into performance or survival mode. But true restoration cannot be rushed. It requires us to show up with absolute honesty in the quiet spaces. Healing means giving yourself permission to acknowledge what hurt you, without allowing it to define the woman you are actively becoming. \n <\/p>\n\n

\n To “bind up” is a tender, medical term meaning to wrap a wound securely so it is protected while it mends. God is not rushing your recovery; He is holding a safe, comforting compress over your sorest places while your spirit gently heals from the inside out.\n <\/p>\n <\/div>\n\n
