\n Overthinking tells us that if we replay a problem enough times, we can control the horizon. Anxiety tries to make us live in a tomorrow that hasn’t even arrived yet, draining the beauty out of our today. True peace doesn’t mean the absence of noise or a life completely free of duties; it is the quiet, holy confidence that your spirit is anchored right now, in this exact breath, because God is already standing in your tomorrow.\n <\/p>\n\n

\n “And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds…”\n <\/p>\n

\n Philippians 4:7<\/b>
\n To “transcend understanding” means that peace doesn’t have to make sense logically based on your circumstances. You can face a chaotic week, a heavy schedule, or unanswered questions, and still possess a soft, protected heart. It is a guard set up around your mind.\n <\/p>\n <\/div>\n\n
